- low media or analyst attention, hidden from the herd and being neglected
- very much undervalued with low PE ratio
- low volatility in the absence of theme play by SM and brokers
- constant dividend stream with slow capital gains, until the time when SM participates to create high volume, pushing up to higher price approaching the intrinsic value of the stock
- relatively safe for conservative investors because of its undemanding low PE, and it may reap high rewards for patience investor who can hold for a long term
- have to be sold when its market value rises to the intrinsic value when fundamental investors and fund managers holding them may want to realize their gains
