NAIM - Basic Fundamental Analysis

-Listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia on 12/09/2003.
Principle activities:-
- construction and property development,
- manufacturing, trading and distribution of building materials
- providing support to the property and infrastructure divisions
- oil and gas through its 36% associate company Dayang Enterprise Holdings Bhd

Naim is the biggest construction/property company in Sarawak, and it had received several awards for the past three years, and those awards were related to construction and property industry.

-ideal stocks for fundamental investors with dividend yield equivalent to FD rate, as well as expected growth

Shareholding
1. NAIM is basically a stock for long term investment by funds, firmly held by institutional funds as a long term investment that come with moderate dividend and potential of capital growth.
2. The amount of retail floating shares is very small, thus making this stock illiquid, and that is also one main reason why it had not been taken as a theme play candidate as others shares with high liquidity.
3. With the small retail float, it will not be possible for any syndicate traders to speculate on this stock, and thus it is not a stock to trade, but a stock for long term investment.
